Do you send samples?

Yes. Once we understand your grade and volume, we ship samples with the current price sheet so your team can test before committing.

What's the minimum order?

Wholesale starts at 10kg, with lower minimums on Premium. Standing monthly orders get priority allocation and better terms.

How fast can you ship?

Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from confirmed order. Reserved allocations ship on a fixed monthly schedule.

What are your payment terms?

New partners start with a 50% deposit on order, with the balance before shipment. Established accounts can discuss terms.

How is supply guaranteed?

We contract volume directly with our farm ahead of harvest, then reserve a share of it for committed wholesale partners.
